After creating your Meetup account, you should receive an email confirmation from us to verify your email address. If you don't get the confirmation email within 5–10 minutes of signing up, here are a few things to check:
📥 1. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes our emails get filtered out by mistake.
Look in your Spam, Junk, or Other folders.
Make sure your spam filter is set to allow emails from Meetup.

To avoid future issues, add these addresses to your contacts list:
info@meetup.com
📨 2. Gmail users: Check the "Social" tab
If you use Gmail, your confirmation email might land in your Social tab instead of your Primary inbox.
Be sure to check there, and drag the email into your Primary tab if you want to receive future messages there.
⏱️ 3. Wait and try resending
Email delivery can sometimes take a few minutes.
Wait a few moments, then try logging in again. You'll be prompted to resend the verification email.
✍️ 4. Double-check your email address
If you made a typo during signup, the email won't reach you.
Try signing up again with the correct email address.
