Feedback and ratings left by attendees to an event are visible to anyone on the Meetup platform, and are aimed at improving the platforms overall transparency.
For this reason, they can't be deleted, but only reported in case a rating or piece of feedback openly goes against Meetup's policies. To learn more about this, you can always visit our article Viewing event feedback from members.
In the event that you can't see or access your event's or group's ratings or feedback, there are a few steps you can try out:
- Change device to access Meetup. If the issue is occurring on mobile, try accessing Meetup and joining your group on desktop and vice-versa. Sometimes, changing platform makes a difference!
- Uninstall and re-install the Meetup app on your mobile device. If you're only having this issue on Meetup's mobile app, try uninstalling and re-installing it again on your device, making sure you're downloading the app's latest version. Here are the relevant steps for both iOS and Android devices.
