If your question or concern isn’t listed in our Help Center, you can contact our Meetup Support team by submitting a ticket through our Contact Form.

Please, select the correct category related to your request. You can take a look at the table below to know what to select.

After submitting the ticket, in most cases you will receive a first automated response based on your specific request, including all the first troubleshooting steps you may follow to solve your concern.

If: 

  • The issue still occurs after taking the suggested steps, or 

  • The answer to your question isn't listed in the auto-reply

Steps to reach out to us

1. From the Meetup Help Center click on the circular icon in the top right-corner to sign in to your account

2. Once you’re logged in, scroll until the very bottom of the Help Center page you're on

3. Look for the Submit a request button to file in a request through our form

❗️Most form selections are only accessible after logging in. Make sure you're in the correct account before you send your inquiry.

1. Log in to your Meetup account and from the Home tab, tap on your Profile right ar\t the top of the page

2. Tap the ⚙️ symbol on the upper right side

3. Scroll down and tap Get Help to access our Contact form
