When it comes to reporting an issue you’re having with Meetup, it helps us to see exactly what you’re seeing. If our Community Support Team requests a screen recording to detail an issue you’re experiencing:
- Desktop: You may use QuickTime or Loom to take a screen recording of either your entire screen or a portion of your screen.
- iOS: Refer to these instructions to capture a screen recording of the Meetup app or your mobile web browser.
- Android: Follow these instructions to capture a screen recording of the Meetup app or your mobile web browser.
After capturing your video, attach it to your email to our Community Support Team.
