If you can't report another person (member or organizer) or content on the Meetup platform (such as a group, an event, a comment, or a rating) because an error message pops up, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to restore your experience:

Change device to access Meetup. If you verified that you're logged in to the right account, try changing device you're accessing Meetup from: if the issue is occurring on mobile, try accessing Meetup and joining your group on desktop and vice-versa. Sometimes, changing platform makes a difference!
- Uninstall and reinstall the Meetup app on your mobile device. If you're only having this issue with Meetup's mobile app, try uninstalling and reinstalling it again on your device, making sure you're downloading the app's latest version. Here are the relevant steps for both iOS and Android devices.
- Retry the procedure after a while. Sometimes, these errors are due to a temporary outage on our end. While we strive to prevent this from happening, the issue could solve itself by waiting once more before retrying the operation.
