If you are an Organizer (on a Starter, Standard, or PRO plan) or have an active Meetup+ subscription, you can discover more by having a look at the attendees list. To access your attendees list, follow these steps on your device (desktop or apps):
- Go to the event homepage.
- Select See all if you're an event attendee or Manage if you're an event organizer.
Viewing the attendees list
With a Meetup+ or Organizer subscription, you can quickly look up any attendee of an event before the event begins. Use the search bar at the top of the list to search for an attendee by name.
Tap the menu icon in the top right corner to sort or reorder your attendees list by:
- RSVP time - When attendees RSVPed
- Name
- Relevance
When viewing your event’s attendee list, you can access additional details about each participant, including:
Who is attending an event with your group for the first time
Who has attended one of your past events
Any interests you share
- What they’re looking to do at the event
