How to view a member’s attendance history in your group

As an organizer or leader, you can review a member’s attendance history for your group to better understand their past participation in events. This information is available on the Meetup website (web version).

What You Can See

For each member in your group, attendance history may include:

  • Total Yes RSVPs

  • Total No RSVPs

  • Waitlisted events

  • Total No-shows

These statistics reflect the member’s activity only within your group, not across Meetup as a whole.

How to Check a Member’s Attendance History

  1. Go to the Meetup website and make sure you are logged in.

  2. Open the member’s profile.

  3. At the top of their profile, find the Shared groups section and confirm the member belongs to your group (where you are an organizer or leader).

  4. Click Membership details for your group.

  5. Scroll down to the Attendance history section.

If the member has participated in your events, you’ll see an information icon next to the number of events they've attended. Hover over the icon to view detailed counts, such as how many times they RSVPed “Yes,” “No,” were waitlisted, or marked as a no-show.

If You Don’t See Attendance History

  • If no attendance history appears, it means the member has not interacted with any events in your group.

  • Attendance history is only available if the member has RSVP’d to or been scheduled for at least one event in your group.
