If you’ve received a payment notification after canceling your subscription or account, there may still be an active subscription associated with your Meetup account or your card may still be used to pay member dues for a group.
Here are a few common reasons why a charge might still occur:
The subscription was not canceled before the renewal date.
You may have multiple Meetup accounts or profiles with an active subscription.
A subscription payment failed previously and then retried.
You joined a group that requires member dues.
