We can provide a receipt for all of your your Organizer subscription or Meetup+ transactions.
You can easily access and download directly from your account. Whether you're looking for a receipt or invoice to track your payments, view your billing history, or submit for reimbursement, you can follow the steps below to locate them.
If you have an active Organizer or Meetup+ Subscription
- Log in to your Meetup account and go to your Organizer Subscription Page or Meetup+ Subscription Page.
- Click Payment history.
- Select the pay period you want to view at the bottom of the page.

- Log in to your Meetup account and go to the Payments Made section.
- Click on Organizer Receipts or Meetup+ Receipts, depending on the plan you are on.
- Select the pay period you want to view at the bottom of the page.
If you have an expired Organizer or Meetup+ Subscription
- Log in to your Meetup account and go to the Payments Made section.
- Click on Organizer Receipts or Meetup+ Receipts, depending on the plan you are on.
- Select the pay period you want to view at the bottom of the page.
If you have started a subscription through Apple
If you purchased your subscription through Apple, they will automatically send a receipt to the email address associated with your Apple ID. The receipt will include any recurring subscription payments, including your Meetup organizer subscription.
To locate your receipt, search for emails sent from "iTunes Store" with the sender address do_not_reply@itunes.com.
If you cannot find the email, you can also view your transaction history directly through the Apple Support page or by accessing your Apple ID purchase history.
