Troubleshooting early bird pricing
If attendees are sent to payment and see the full amount instead of your discounted early bird price, try these checks:
Verify your pricing setup. Confirm the early bird tier is active, the date window is correct, and it's linked to the ticket type attendees are selecting.
Check the attendee's selection at checkout. Attendees must choose the early bird ticket at the first step before proceeding to payment. A default option or another pricing tier can override the intended price.
Confirm your PayPal connection. Make sure your group's PayPal account is linked in Account Settings > Payments received (Add PayPal account). Note that only one PayPal account can be used across all groups you organize.
