It isn't possible to completely remove an event from your RSVP record.
For future events, you can change your RSVP to Not going.
Changing the event attendance to a past event
After an event ends, when you log in to your Meetup account, a pop-up may appear asking whether you attended the event. This quick survey helps organizers keep accurate records of attendance.
❓ How can I undo being marked as Didn’t go to a past Meetup event?
If you accidentally select Didn’t go/No, you cannot change your response yourself. Once you’ve responded, the action cannot be undone directly by the attendee.
However, you can contact the event organizer and request that they manually update your attendance to reflect that you did go. Organizers can make this change on your behalf.
