Exploring Why You Can't Send Messages: Potential Explanations
Sometimes you may find that you're unable to send messages or access certain conversations, and there can be a few reasons behind this. In the following sections, we outline some common scenarios that might be affecting your messaging experience.
If a member’s message button is not clickable or missing, they may have privacy settings that prevent you from messaging them.
If you can no longer see a conversation with someone you used to be able to access or contact, they may have blocked you. Learn more about how blocking works in our article, Block someone from contacting me.
To receive instant message alerts, please ensure you are using the latest version of our mobile app. While you cannot delete messages at this time, you do have the option to archive them for easier management.
