Meetup is always looking out for the security of our members. If we detect an unusual sign-in attempt, we’ll send a verification code to the email address connected to your Meetup account.
What if I didn't get the verification code?
Check the spam or junk mail folder of your email client for a message with the subject line, Your one-time passcode. If you still haven't found your verification code, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure you receive our messages. Then request the code again.
Once you receive your code, try copying and pasting it into your browser, rather than typing it into the field.
If you’ve tried these steps and are still having trouble, contact us.
