If your experience as an organizer isn’t what you expected, you can request a refund within 30 days of starting your first Meetup subscription. Just remember, refunds are limited to one per person; even if you join with a new account, you will not be eligible for another refund.
If your refund request is outside of your risk-free 30-day trial period, please contact us using the link below - our team will review your specific case.
If you purchased your Meetup subscription on our iOS app, you’ll need to contact Apple Support from your iOS device to request a refund:
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Choose Meetup from the list
- Select Report a Problem
- Select Problem is not listed here, and explain that you’d like to end your Meetup subscription and receive a refund
